Oak trees, sycamores, buckeyes, California bunch grass surrounded a large lagoon which nourished tulles, sedges and a myriad of aquatic life.

The Ohlone Indians habituated on the Pleasanton Ridge over 4,000 years ago.  In 1872 the Spanish settled in Pleasanton.

I would have to say it was a life long client of mine purchasing a $1,650,000 home.  He has several investment properties in Nevada, so I did a little creative financing.  I refinanced both of his investment properties to lower his monthly payments and take cash out of the home.  Then I was able to get him a stated income loan for 80% of the value a $1,320,000 with out income verification.  Through my contact and my experience I was able package the loan in such a manner that the loan got approved.   Since then he has recently moved into his home.
